The Exfo FTB-500 platform houses any of Exfo's FTB modules - optical (OTDRs, OSAs, CD and PMD) or transport and datacom (SONET/SDH, DSn/PDH, Ethernet). A FIP400 fibre inspection probe can also be plugged in to allow checking of connector endfaces.
